Bloody Mary brunch cocktail with vodka
Simon’s Bloody Mary cocktail is made using Absolut vodka, tomato juice, fresh lemon juice and secret combination of seasoning. Includes lemon garnish.
Each 25cl pouch contains 2-3 serves of Simon’s Bloody Mary, 20% ABV (approx).
The famous red cocktail, a staple part of any lazy weekend brunch, is a deceptively simple mix based on vodka and tomato juice.
The Bloody Mary was famously born in Paris in the 1920s, thanks to a barman at Harry's New York bar.
He would later introduce it to America once Prohibition had lifted. It was in the US the drink was dolled up with various additions, including horseradish, celery salt, lemon juice, or even a slice of crispy bacon.
The secret to our version of this Prohibition-era classic was surreptitiously given to us by a mysterious Australian gentleman. His original version requires dropping the first serving on the floor, but we don't recommend you follow that.
Improvise your own garnishes at home, with horseradish, celery, lemon, and even bacon.
